Found this doing a search for my Mitch/Ledz site.  Never knew this guy
but he lived on Long Island, actually attended Hofstra University back
in the 80s.  He followed The Church around during the tour of 88 and
was at many of the same shows Mike Barone and I and prolly a few
others(John L, Kelly) here were also at.  Much to my amazement, Mike
gets many mentions in this guy's tour diary!  

He even mentions a radio show that he got a pair tix from ... well I
think that was another pal of mine, Colette Rosignol from Bridgeport,
CT as she did the wonderful Capitol Radio show ... sheesh, this is such
a blast! The guy mentions the Bottom Line tour opener/warm-up gig as
well as that fateful Church/Ledz/Verlaine show up in New Haven that
Mike and John L attended!  Well, Ledz played the Ritz in NYC a week
after that and Mitch proclaimed during that show that the band couldn't
play "Waters Part" because they didn't have the proper guitars (a
particular Ric 12 string BTW ... they were locked in the dressing room)
although they really wanted to do it for a certain guy that had
requested it  ...  well it turns out this guy was the guy that
requested them do it up at the New Haven show the week before!  I have
that Ritz show recording as proof!  This is such a blast ... being at
these shows and reading this guy's spot on accounts of em! 

Anyway .. a little Churchy (and some Ledz) history for ya!
