Sue, you beat me to it - the VH1.com review is probably one of the half dozen dumbest we've seen for AENT, but it has a special *flavour* of dubmness - the critic who pretends to understand when they actually don't.  '"Radiance" creates its own portrait of an incestuous community' - where on earth does he pull that from? Hasn't he heard of the Fatima thing? I picked it first time I read the lyrics and I'm not even a Christian of any variety, so I don't know what Mr Bottomley's weak excuse is.  If anyone finds that review online please let me know, I'll go and troll VHS-1's message board too :) Also I struggle to really think of *any* Australian bands that try to be U2, never mind most or this one.

PS. KLK: Welcome and thank you for what you have done.  When I heard the band had a mysterious assistant, I had no idea it would be someone so calm, erudite and professional.  I only wish you'd been here a few weeks ago to see what we all thought of the album - though I imagine the reaction on Hotel Womb was much the same.
