Yours is undoubtedly the best way to go and the right attitude to have 
about it, Sue.  I'm not really sure I was able to put my frustrations 
across as I would have liked.  But I do have concerns and I did voice them, 
so...'nuff said!  From me, anyway.  Ah, well...for those who are familiar 
with such things, I'll quote John Bender, "Screws fall out all the 
time--the world's an imperfect place."
