Kim's is good - especially their used selection! Price-wise Sounds just down the street on St. Marks is wonderful - you can usually get a new cd for $9.99! Generation Records on Thompson Street in NYC is a good one too - lots of vinyl downstairs to peruse. And some of you have been to Vintage Vinyl in Fords, NJ - Marty did an instore (if you can call it that!) in October of 2000 there. That place is worth a visit. Even if it's out in the middle of strip mall hell. I've been to the Amoeba in Berkeley and was so overwhelmed by the selection I walked away empty handed. I am currently compiling a list though and plan on making at least a few purchases when I am out there next week. Dying to get the Vines cd - so hat's off to Marty for that purchase! kate __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
