I like places like Rockaway Records, Record Surplus, Aarons, Moby Disc, Poobahs, Record Rover and Rhino. I miss L.A. and those fabulous record stores. ??Rhino just expanded, Aarons is still strong.. the others are... think Second Spin.. :) > Cahuenga and Sunset? Wasn't there a Jack-In-Box there? Jack-In-the-Crack is across the street on the NE corner..Amoeba is on the SE corner. > Also, a guitar store next to Guitar Center on Sunset, I think it's called Voltage Guitars where they sell old Ricks, had a poster of Starfish with an autograph of Peter on it and something about thanking VG for the Ricks and Fender Teles, I think?. Is that still there? > Anyone know? I love that shop. Miss that one too. YES!!! Voltage is still there.. I bought my '65 BxW 360 there for around $300 (I traded in an all black '70ish 330 (even the pickguard was black)-wish I never traded in that sucker.. never saw one like it again.. My friend was at Voltage last week.. said the vintage 360s were going for $2700 bucks.. ^jax
