First thought:

"Wish You Were Here" by the Floyd!
also Morrissey's "I Know It's Going to Happen Someday" from Your Arsenal 
has radio sounds at the beginning

Those are the only two that immediately come to mind, though I'm pretty 
sure that the Floyd have used radio sound effects on other songs.
