I could picture the character but all I could see was the dastardly
villain Snidely Whiplash!

That was Saturday morning cartooning the way it was meant to be, huh?

The Banana Splits, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Josie and the Pussycats,
Scoobey Doo ... maybe even one of those British puppetty things like
Fireball XL-5 (I had a Fireball XL-5 lunchbox ...coolest one on the
school bus!) or Thunderbirds Are GO ...JOHNNY QUEST... how can I leave
out Johnny Quest!

But then again ...today there's the Powerpuffs ...FIGHT FIGHT! ;-)
