But I don't think eBay really does care if people sell bootlegs, they just want to cover themselves by having a policy. Do a search for U2 and see how many boots are listed. Virtually every show from the Elevation tour has been or will be listed on eBay without any problem. Same goes for an artist like Dave Matthews and any other big band. If eBay really cared, they'd remove the shows. I don't see what one or two Church shows matter personally... Don't want it, don't buy it.
