hey tara- i think everyone has answered this post, but i thought i'd add a 
tiny bit; i started with crocodiles and i found it quite darkly moving, you 
know, throw it on the car stereo and drive down some country roads under a 
full moon...i think you'd really enjoy it under those circumstances. heaven 
up here is next and it's even darker, but i'd have to agree wiht everyone; 
the album is still kickin my ass esp. recently! porcupines is obscure, but 
when it hits, it's a symphonic master piece! i'd have to say that overall 
ocean rain is the most accesible( a summer album imho). at this point you'll 
most likely be hooked...and as was said before electrafixion is a harder lp, 
but is great music!
