The most important thing you forgot to ask is the quality of the recordings.
I highly doubt they are Soundboard source, but if they are, then I'm sure the 
band wouldn't like to have this being auctioned off. But that's my 
speculation.
I also thought that sales or auctioning of recorded audio on CD-R's was 
strictly prohibited on Ebay?
