From: Kristoffer Hoaglund, gaf90@yahoo.com Subject: RE: Chromiun/Afghan Whigs Date: 2/9/2002 1:20:29 AM To: zammitnj@maltanet.net I thought the exact same thing on my second listen to AENT, and was planning on bringing it up. Then when I thought about it more I realized Marty on the "Seeing Stars" cd also sounds similar to Greg Dulli. It's kind of funny because when HOB came out I was a regular on an all request show(Truly all request, not just format)and I told another regular I would get the new Afagan Whigs(1965) if he got HOB. I held up my end, but I never heard if he did. The show was soon cancelled when the radio station decided to go to a strict 2 hours rotation format, idiots. Anyways, that my first cent on AENT, more to come soon Kris Subject: Chromiun/Afghan Whigs From: "Jean Zammit" Date: Thu, 7 Feb 2002 19:37:27 +0100 This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0041_01C1B00E.DFA75240 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable >Has anyone noticed the similarity=20 >A friend was here the other night , we obviously were >listening to AENT. >When Chromiun reached the refrain my mate said ' great >this sounds like = >the Afghan Whigs !' > Marty does sound a lot like Greg Dulli on the song. >What do you think ? >Nothing wrong....I love the Whigs. jean __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
