my search for AENT
started at lunchtime,hit both of the small local record
stores w/no luck
didn't even bother with walmart
after work i headed for the mall
best buy- struck out again
borders: they had a bunch...for $16.99 !!!!!
being a frugal Mainer i decided it was worth a ride
across the street to newberry comics
again no luck
on a hunch a asked the clerk (a young kid in a joy division T)
if they had the new church cd;
he said "they did & it was on sale for $11.99" but he
had bought the only copy the night before .
i lamented that i would be stuck shelling out $17 @ borders.
he said that he happened to have the cd with him,had been playing it at the
store
and if i didn't mind buying an open copy he would sell me his since he was
expecting another shipment tomorrow
i'm listening to it as write this
