This is it for me today but I found out some answers to the
George/"Taxman" issue.  I wasn't sure myself if Michael Jackson owned
all George's stuff as well as all the Lennon/Macca output or if Harry
somehow regained the rights along the way ... when in doubt I query my
panel of experts over at Paisley Pop ... POP GUYS ... guys that do it,
write and sing and play and dance ...errr... well they been there and
done that(let's drop the dancin' part though), some of these guys have
truly lived that R'n'R life! ... anyway, here's a couple expert opines

Pretty much all Beatles songs (Lennon-McCartney) and (Harrison)
are not controlled by them in any shape or form. they were "only
Northern
Songs" that got sold to Michael Jackson several years ago, who I
believe
still owns part of them and he shares that ownership with a
corporation. If
George had his say, I don't think you'd be hearing taxman for tax
services.

The story is (as far as I know)that H&R Block approached Michael
Jackson 
(who has mechanical rights), he said no as he always says to use the
Beatles 
recording. It doesnt prevent others to re record the songs which is why
you 
will never see the actual Beatle recordings in commercials anymore
(remember 
Nike so it wasnt always that way).
