Maybe Michael Jackson bought up the rights to Page and Plant's also now ... who knows! Taxman though ... DON'T F*CK WITH GEORGE!!!!! ;-) I agree on Neil too, Neil's the MAN! Don't think Herr Jung could sell out if his life depended on it! U2 ... I've expressed my personal feelings on U2 and it shouldn't matter to anybody how I've felt about em for some time now but I got a bad feeling when I heard they were doing the h-time show yesterday, granted, it was a far more credible show than whatever the hell that was last year, ah well[2]. Yesterday morning I also checked out the Target ad insert in my Sunday paper to see that said U2 now have an "exclusive" to Taget disc of material ... sell-out ...who's to say. I really can't stand that band anymore for a lot of reasons but I did to a certain degree see the irony they were driving at as a sort of ice breaker for the Pop-Mart segement of their broadstroked and illustrious career ... they were beginning to take themselves FAR too seriously for FAR too long ... just my opinion though, I always did give them credit where credit was due for taking some the bold chances they took, again, who should care what I think ... anyway ... here's a pretty cool Robert Hilburn article I found a while back, one that I've saved the URL from for some strange reason ... it's a good read. http://www.yourblueroom.com/media/001030_latimes.html m ... who still hasn't connected w/AENT! --- "John L.
