From: Mark P, youamwho@yahoo.com Subject: Yeah Digipaks! Digipaks are indeed cool, I approve of digis ... they do indeed make it thru the door here @ Casa m! You Am I's "Dress Me Slowly"'s another goodun, Steve Wynn's dual digi for "Here Come The Miracles", Orange Humble Band's "Assorted Creams", The GREAT Velvet Crush re-ishes for "In The Presence Of Greatness" and "A Single Odessey" ... those are all in fronta' me so those I can *remember*. ;-) That Eastern Dark piece is cool though, huh? Gotta get that! The Orzstralian Ramones, kinda', a little more melodic but just as full frontal and direct ... James Darroch's great three piece band after he split from The Celibate Rifles ... I really think they woulda' gone somewhere if he he didn't tragically meet his end directly after their first and only album tracks were recorded. That "Julie Is A Junkie" single as well as the great 12" extended single "Long Live The New Flesh" are classics in this crib. What an ironic twist of fate ... the poor guy was gone already by the time that "Long Live..." piece made it's way to America as an import on What Goes On ... great label BTW ... buy ANYTHING on WGO!!! You can still prolly find US domestic WGO pieces by The Ups and Downs, Primitons, Playmates, New Christs, Carnival Season, Cateran, Died Pretty just to name a few for a buck, sometimes less in yr more discriminating used bins. Ah well ...back to my Bass Ale and the ballgame. m ===== Sleep Well ~ Don't Burst http://www.mitchworldusa.net __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
