I don't see this as purely a question of "profit" (though I'm sure that does 
factor in) but as a question of who has the rights to release a given piece 
of music.  If Arista stumbled across old Kilbey tapes and decided to release 
them, I for one would definitely see it as infringement of copyright.  As a 
seancer *I* might know the story of how this proposed release came to be, 
but once a professionally produced release is out there, who's to know?  
There are plenty of Church fans out there who don't participate in either 
seance or Hotel Womb.

I disagree strongly based on the ordering information on the web site.  I'm 
not sure how fuzzy the line is between asking for reimbursement and selling, 
but that was a sales offering as far as I'm concerned.

I'm not trying to impugn anyone's motives here--just trying to explain why 
it makes sense to me that KH decided to get involved when they did.
