Taswegians have their own special brew made by either Cascade (if you live 
in the south of the state) or Boags (if you're in the north).

After having moved to mainland Australia (Melbourne from Taz, to be exact) 
I have found, to my amusement, that Cascade beer (in Victoria, anyway) is 
considered to be 'premium' or 'export' quality beer.
