Bo Vang
I’ve been working a lot the past couple of weeks and haven’t had a chance to check out some new places. My pho craving finally reached the breaking point today and with the day off (and a quick consult of the Pho-King blog) I finally made it over to Bo Vang in El Toro. Ordered the basic beef pho and good grief it was yummy.
